What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Every charter comes with experienced crew members, necessary safety gear, fuel supply, and a selection of refreshments. The exact inclusions might vary based on the package chosen — for instance, sunset cruises provide premium refreshments and snacks, and corporate charters include meeting amenities and tailored catering choices.
How far in advance should I book?
To secure your booking, it's best to arrange your charter 2 to 3 weeks prior to your desired date, or even earlier during our high season, which falls between May and September. For business gatherings and private occasions, we suggest reserving 4 to 6 weeks beforehand to ensure availability and additional preparation time.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In the event that our captain determines the weather to be dangerous, we will propose an alternate booking date or a complete reimbursement. We actively monitor meteorological conditions and will reach out to you with a 24-hour notice if the forecast suggests potential hazards.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests are permitted to bring their own provisions and drinks on board. Alternatively, our team can provide excellent culinary services that can be tailored to your liking. Do note that for safety purposes, glass containers are strictly prohibited.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We make every effort to cater to all our guests. Some of our yachts are equipped with better accessibility options. We invite you to contact us to discuss any specific accessibility requirements so we can guide you to the most appropriate yacht and make any necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations occurring 72 hours prior to departure, a full refund is issued. If the cancellation happens between 24 and 72 hours before the departure, a 50% refund is provided. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable, except in cases of unsafe weather conditions or equipment malfunctions attributed to our service.
