LumenBridgePark offers upscale yacht charter services, which include:

  • Yacht rentals for the day
  • Evening cruises
  • Retreats for businesses
  • Exclusive gatherings
  • Charters lasting several days

Service availability is subject to change and dependent on weather conditions. We maintain the right to adjust or cease services without notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To confirm a charter reservation, you should:

  • Have reached the age of 18 years minimum
  • Supply precise and complete details
  • Remit a deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking becomes definite only after we receive your payment and provide written confirmation. We have the authority to decline service to anyone at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

All charter bookings are contingent on the availability of a vessel and favorable weather conditions. We will attempt to honor your requested dates and times where feasible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All charges are expressed in $ and include all taxes unless stated otherwise. Our prices may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial deposit: To be paid at the time of booking, amounting to 50% of the entire cost of the charter
  • Remaining balance: To be paid 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter
  • Supplementary charges (where applicable): To be settled following the completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept most major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified checks. All payment processing is facilitated through safe, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If canceled more than 72 hours prior to departure: Full reimbursement excluding processing costs
  • For cancellations made 24-72 hours before departure: 50% is refundable
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund is offered

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the captain determine weather conditions as unsafe, we will propose to either:

  • Reschedule your charter without extra charges for the nearest available slot
  • Issue a full reimbursement if a rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In the case of mechanical failures concerning your designated vessel, we will strive to arrange a comparable alternative. If an alternative is not attainable, we will issue a complete refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are required to:

  • Heed all instructions from the crew
  • Don safety equipment when indicated
  • Inform us of any medical issues that could impact their safety
  • Stay within the assigned areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The items below are strictly forbidden onboard:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Controlled substances
  • Guns or any form of weaponry
  • Excess amounts of drinks (beyond moderate consumption)
  • Animals (unless granted prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a civilized and respectful manner. Should a guest's conduct present a safety hazard or disrupt the experience for others, we reserve the right to end the charter prematurely, with no refund given.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our liability to the cost paid for your charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Personal harm resulting from guest carelessness
  • Theft or damage of personal belongings
  • Indirect, incidental or punitive losses
  • Delays caused by inclement weather or other factors outside our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We maintain comprehensive maritime insurance policies that cover our vessels and activities. It is your responsibility to secure personal travel and property insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By engaging in our charter services, you recognize that nautical activities have inherent risks and take on the responsibility for your individual safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the right to alter itineraries, paths, or schedules due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs. We will make all efforts to offer suitable alternatives.

9. Force Majeure

Events outside our control, which might cause changes, delays, or failures to our services, include, but are not limited to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Governmental decrees
  • Terminal shutdowns
  • Vehicular malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is processed in agreement with our Privacy Policy. By booking our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
